Your Multi-Cloud Organization as Code

Define your secure (multi-)cloud organization as code to achieve continuous compliance with meshiform.

Today's challenges in multi-cloud organizations

IT infrastructure becomes more complex

Continuous growth and manual piece by piece configurations are prone to faulty configurations and security risks.

Companies risk organizational lock-in

Cloud silos with inconsistent organizational structures make it difficult to switch between cloud platforms.

Natural language is ambiguous

Security controls and policies in natural language lead to different interpretations and implementations.

Our Vision

meshiForm for continuous compliance, transparency and interoperability

Continuous compliance, transparency and interoperability

Living in a cloud-native world, today's IT challenges can be approached the same way the challenges of manual infrastructure setup have been approached: by translation into code. Formal coding of security organizations - Security-as-Code - gives clarity about rules and requirements and offers precise communication. Reusable building blocks of technical and organizational measures make the setup easier, faster and more consistent. Standardization lets companies, suppliers and customers exchange parts of their security architecture to achieve and maintain consistent, continuous compliance.

meshiForm – A new language for cloud security

With meshiForm there will be a uniform formal language to describe security and organizational rules as code. It will make configurations of cloud tenants, access rights or teams more transparent and auditable. The declarative nature of Security-as-Code enables continuous validation of the actual against the desired target state to prevent risky configuration drift. The abstraction of the organization with meshiForm enables companies to transfer structures and configurations between ecosystems and ensure secure and compliant interoperability.

Declarative

Code your organizational structures and security policies within a declarative manifesto

Transparent

Gain full transparency on your cloud configuration and achieve easy auditability

Open

Benefit from interoperability between ecosystems to protect your digital freedom

  • meshiForm for configuration

Use meshiForm to declaratively configure complex cloud environments: Create and configure new cloud tenants, assign corresponding landing zones, defining user roles and access.

  • meshiForm for processes

Automate processes, like the reporting of data breaches with meshiForm. A GDPR incident for example can be reported automatically by providing all relevant information.

  • meshiForm for documentation

Prepare for upcoming audits with meshiForm, as Security-as-Code provides clear and transparent documentation on organizational structures, processes and configurations over time.

About us

Starting April 2020 meshcloud is receiving funding by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) to advance the MultiSecure project. meshcloud aims - together with the community - to create a declarative technology to describe secure multi-cloud infrastructures and organizations. The development of the meshiForm language is part of this project and tool for the implementation of Security-as-Code.
